Abstract

Studi ini menyelidiki apakah peningkatan perhatian yang diberikan pada praktik learning dan coaching individu seorang guru akan mempengaruhi kinerjanya. Data dikumpulkan dari 91 guru dari sekolah swasta di Jakarta dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan survei konfirmasi. Analisis statistik menggunakan SEM dengan bantuan SmartPLS 3.0. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa praktik learning dan coaching individu memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Studi ini juga membantu manajemen SDM guru di sekolah untuk serius menilai rencana investasi pengembangan SDM guru dalam bentuk praktik coaching dan mengarahkan perencanaan strategi SDM guru sekolah mereka.
