Abstract

Digital citizenship is an increasingly important concept in the industrial era 4.0. This enables the creation of an inclusive global society through increased digital connectivity. However, digital citizenship also poses challenges, such as the security and privacy of personal data. At SDN 1 Priuk, students have the opportunity to utilize digital technology to connect with people from different parts of the world and learn about different cultures and perspectives. The research method is to use qualitative methods with literature studies, reading materials are analyzed comprehensively. The results of the research are that it is important to pay attention to digital ethics and safe practices in using this technology. Through awareness of the challenges and opportunities of digital citizenship, students can build the skills and knowledge needed to leverage digital technologies and build a more inclusive global society. Digital citizenship in the Industry 4.0 era offers many opportunities to build an inclusive global society through digital technology and global connectivity. However, there are also challenges that must be overcome such as data privacy and security, including digital ethics and safe practices in using this technology. Therefore, it is important for the whole community, including students, to continue learning and raising awareness of these matters so that we can leverage digital technology to create a more inclusive and connected society.
